Marker 90 Consulting
Sales, Training & Customer Growth
Sales is Goal Driven Communication: understand the person, connect value to need and earn the next step without unnecessary pressure.

Sales is Goal Driven Communication.
Sales isn't pressure, tricks or talking someone into something they don't need. It's the process of understanding a person, finding common ground, connecting a real need to relevant value and earning a voluntary decision.
The Marker 90 sales sequence
- Prepare and read the situation. First impressions are hypotheses, not conclusions. We observe tone, confidence, language, environment and behavior, then keep updating our understanding.
- Build rapport and begin discovery. We learn the goal, need, fear, preference, timing, ability, authority and decision criteria.
- Connect the offer to the need. We present value through relevant examples, stories, comparisons and demonstrations—not feature dumps.
- Listen for buying language. We move toward the decision when the customer is ready instead of trying to close every sentence.
- Handle objections as information. Price may mean value, trust, timing, authority, uncertainty or risk. We treat the stated concern as real until the conversation shows otherwise.
- Ask directly without unnecessary pressure. When the fit and value are clear, we ask for the decision.
- Continue the relationship. Onboarding, reassurance, service, follow-up, retention and referrals are part of sales—they're not separate from it.

Build the sales team—not just the sales script
A strong sales system needs the right people, clear expectations and consistent coaching. Marker 90 can help build the team from the beginning or improve the one you already have. That can include defining the role, helping identify and interview candidates, supporting hiring decisions, creating onboarding and training plans, coaching individual salespeople and developing the managers responsible for keeping the system working.
Training can be built around your real customers, actual offer and day-to-day sales environment. We can work with owners, experienced teams, brand-new hires or an entire sales department.
A genuine no is respected. A not-yet may deserve a follow-up. A poor fit shouldn't be forced into a sale.
The next step
Start with the situation, not the package.
Tell us the goal, what's not working and what you've already tried. We'll help identify the right next move.
